Project definition
Guidance set-up periodic e-mail newsletter.
Realisation
EMEA Recruitment Services has as core responsibility getting the right people interested in a career with Philips.
Research has shown that sending a newsletter per mail is a lucrative way to achieve this goal. Because of the speed and the limited costs of publication this medium appears to be most efficient.
Especially in the start-up phase there was a need for external support.
The project definition was familiar with very specific desires
and demands which needed to be set down in the technical
pre-conditions.
Centagon has found the right supplier after following an intensive path and has worked closely in order to set up the architecture.
Contribution has been made with regard to content as well by participating in the first editorial meeting.
Defining diverse processes, tasks, and responsibilities were the focus of the initial phase.
With regard to the design the role was limited to continually checking the Corporate Identity Guidelines.
Now that the first three issues have been published, the intervention of Centagon has been reduced to incidental provision of service.
Structure and organisation behind this medium have been crystallized and the original communication objective has been more than achieved.
