Development of a loose-leaf system for Internal Communication

Realisation
A presentation file was developed and sent to a fixed group of employees for a constant guarantee of internal quality.
The file is based on a loose-leaf system that enables forwarding updates or additional information; although the information is reasonably static, internal considerations or external influences can always induce changes.
The content is based on an extensive PowerPoint presentation;
this presentation is categorized in chapters; for each chapter plastic guide cards were designed and printed.
The content of the images was cut back to the main themes and detailed information is left out.
The images are placed in pairs on an A4.

The presentation files were reproduced in edition and every one of them has a unique code; this is done for the purpose of keeping an accurate administration in order to check if the right updates have been sent to all addressees.
